1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the registration, payment, and participation in the Ulearniverse Camp Programmes. By registering for the programme, the participant (and their parent/legal guardian if the participant is a minor) agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Registration Process

Eligibility: Registration is open to students aged 10-25, or as otherwise specified for the specific programme.

Application: Interested participants must complete the official online registration form. Incomplete or incorrect forms may result in a delayed or rejected application.

Confirmation: Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and the issuance of a formal confirmation email from Ulearniverse. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Documentation: Participants must submit all required documents, such as proof of identity, by the specified deadlines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of their place.

3. Payment Terms

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £350 is required to secure a place in the programme. This deposit will be deducted from the total programme fee.

Full Payment: The full programme fee is due by 14th April 2026, or by the date specified in the confirmation email. Failure to pay the full balance by the deadline may result in the cancellation of the registration and the forfeiture of the deposit.

Late Payments: Payments received after the due date may incur additional late fees. Ulearniverse reserves the right to cancel the registration if full payment is not received by the final deadline.

Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, Stripe, Alipay, PayPal, credit/debit card, or other methods as specified on our payment portal.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Deposit: The £350 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellations by Participants:

Cancellations received more than 90 days before the programme start date will receive a full refund, minus the £350 administrative fee.

Cancellations received 60-89 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations received less than 60 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund, as costs will have been committed to suppliers. We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@ulearniverse.com.

Cancellations by Ulearniverse: In the unlikely event that Ulearniverse must cancel a programme, participants will receive a full refund of all programme fees paid, including the deposit. Ulearniverse is not liable for any ancillary costs incurred by the participant, such as flights or visas.

Force Majeure: Ulearniverse is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, Ulearniverse will work to refund any recoverable costs but cannot guarantee a full refund. We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

5. Programme Changes

Ulearniverse reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme schedule, location, or content if necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in a timely manner.

6. Behaviour and Conduct

Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards staff, fellow participants, and property. Ulearniverse reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous, without a refund. The parent/guardian of a dismissed minor will be responsible for all costs associated with early departure.

7. Health and Safety

Medical Information: Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications during registration to ensure their safety and well-being.

Insurance: It is mandatory for all participants to have comprehensive international travel and medical insurance for the duration of the programme. Proof of insurance may be requested.

Parental Consent (For Minors): By registering a minor, the parent/legal guardian authorises Ulearniverse staff to seek and approve any necessary medical treatment for the participant in an emergency.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ulearniverse shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage to persons or property, or other costs incurred by the participant during the programme, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

9. Data Protection

Personal data provided during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, participants consent to the collection and use of their data for the administration of the programme.

10. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Ulearniverse and are for the personal use of participants only. They may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
